Cyma Zarghami (Persian: سیما ضرغامی, born December 15, 1962) is an American film executive. She was born in Iran. Cyma Zarghami used to be the president of Nickelodeon. She also led the Kids & Family Group at Viacom Media Networks from 2006 to 2018. Today, she is the founder and CEO of her own company, MiMo Studios.

Early Life and Education
Cyma Zarghami was born in Abadan, Iran. Her father, Gholam, was Iranian, and her mother, Catherine, was Scottish. Her family later moved to Canada. They then settled in Englewood, New Jersey. Cyma graduated from the Dwight-Englewood School in 1980. She even received an award from the school later on. While at Dwight-Englewood, she enjoyed playing lacrosse.
In 1980, Cyma started college at the University of Vermont. She first studied elementary education. Later, she changed her major to English. She did not finish her degree at that time. However, the University of Vermont gave her an honorary diploma in 2000.
Career at Nickelodeon
After college, Cyma Zarghami traveled in Europe. She then returned to Burlington to work for a business magazine.
In 1985, Cyma joined Nickelodeon as a scheduling clerk. This job involved planning what shows would air and when. She quickly moved up in the programming department. By 1996, she became the general manager of the channel. In this role, she was in charge of many things. She oversaw programming, scheduling, and buying new shows. She also managed marketing and the daily operations of the network.
In 1997, she was promoted again. In 2004, she became the president of Nickelodeon Television. Here, she led the creation and development of new shows. She also managed marketing and the creative direction of the channel.
In 2006, Cyma became the president of the new Kids & Family Group. This group included many popular channels. It had Nickelodeon, Nick@Nite, Nick Jr. Channel, TeenNick, and Nicktoons. It also included TV Land, CMT, and CMT Pure Country. After 33 years with the network, she left Nickelodeon on June 4, 2018.
MiMo Studios
In February 2020, Cyma Zarghami started her own company. It is called MiMo Studios. This company creates and produces short films. These films are usually one hour or less. They are made especially for young audiences. The name "MiMo" is a mix of the words "mini movie."
Personal Life
Cyma Zarghami lives in New York City. She lives there with her husband and their three sons. She used to be on the board of the Children's Museum of Manhattan.
