De Soto is a small village in Wisconsin, United States. It is mostly located in Vernon County, but a small part is also in Crawford County. In 2020, about 309 people lived there. This was a small increase from 287 people in 2010.

History of De Soto

The village of De Soto was named after Hernando De Soto. He was a famous explorer who discovered the Mississippi River.
