The Deputy Prime Minister of Poland (in Polish, Wiceprezes Rady Ministrów or Wicepremier) is a very important person in the Polish government. Think of them as the Prime Minister's main helper or assistant. They are also a key member of the Council of Ministers, which is like the main team of government leaders.
Sometimes, a Deputy Prime Minister also holds another job as a Minister. This means they lead a specific government department, like the Minister of Finance or the Minister of Education. The rules in Poland's Constitution allow for more than one person to be a Deputy Prime Minister at the same time. This helps spread out the work and responsibilities.
