Devon Howard Hall (born July 7, 1995) is an American professional basketball player. He plays for Fenerbahçe Beko in Turkey. This team is part of the Turkish Basketbol Süper Ligi (BSL) and the EuroLeague. Before turning pro, Devon played college basketball for the Virginia Cavaliers.

Early Life and School
Devon Hall was born on July 7, 1995. His parents are Leslie Guidry and Mark Hall. He also has an older brother named Mark Jr. Devon went to Cape Henry Collegiate School in Virginia Beach. He chose to go to the University of Virginia for college. He liked that the university had a high graduation rate for African-American students.
College Basketball Career
Devon started his college journey at Virginia. He took a "redshirt" year as a freshman. This meant he practiced with the team but did not play in games. It made him feel a bit sad because he wanted to play right away.
As a redshirt freshman, Devon played in 23 games. He averaged about 10.6 minutes per game. Over his first three seasons, he averaged 5.2 points per game. In his senior year, he became a key player. He averaged 11.9 points and 4.3 rebounds per game. He was also very good at shooting from long range, making 44.3% of his three-point shots. His team, the Cavaliers, was ranked number one in the country.
On January 14, 2018, Devon scored his highest college points. He got 25 points in a win against NC State. For his great play in 2017–18, he was chosen for the second-team All-ACC. After college, he played in the 2018 Portsmouth Invitational Tournament. Here, he averaged 17.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 3.3 assists.
Professional Basketball Journey
Starting with Cairns Taipans (2018–2019)
In the 2018 NBA draft, Devon Hall was picked by the Oklahoma City Thunder. He was the 53rd player chosen overall. After the draft, he played for the Thunder in the 2018 NBA Summer League. On August 12, 2018, Devon signed with the Cairns Taipans. This team plays in Australia's NBL. He played for them during the 2018–19 NBL season.
Time with Oklahoma City Blue (2019–2020)
On February 26, 2019, Devon joined the Oklahoma City Blue. This team is part of the NBA G League. He signed with them again on December 16, 2019. On January 13, 2020, he had a great game. He scored 26 points, grabbed seven rebounds, and made four assists. He started 30 games for the Blue. He averaged 15.6 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game.
Playing for Oklahoma City Thunder (2019)
On September 4, 2019, Devon signed a special "two-way contract" with the Oklahoma City Thunder. This type of contract allows a player to play for both an NBA team and its G League team. However, on December 12, 2019, the Thunder decided to let him go. He signed with the Thunder again on June 27, 2020.
Moving to Brose Bamberg (2020–2021)
On October 30, 2020, Devon signed with Brose Bamberg. This team plays in Germany's Basketball Bundesliga. During his time there, he averaged 12.4 points per game in the Basketball Champions League. In the German league, he averaged 14.1 points, 3.9 assists, and 3.8 rebounds per game.
Success with Olimpia Milano (2021–2024)
On June 20, 2021, Devon signed a two-year deal with Olimpia Milano. This is an Italian club that plays in the Lega Basket Serie A (LBA) and the Euroleague. On July 21, 2022, he extended his contract with the team. He stayed with them until the end of the 2023-24 season. During his time in Italy, he helped Olimpia Milano win the Lega Basket Serie A championship three times!
Joining Fenerbahçe Beko (2024–Present)
On June 17, 2024, Devon Hall signed a contract with Fenerbahçe Beko. This Turkish team plays in the Basketbol Süper Ligi (BSL) and the Euroleague. His contract is set to last until the end of the 2025-26 season.
On May 25, 2025, Devon helped Fenerbahçe win their second EuroLeague championship. The tournament was held in Abu Dhabi. In the semi-final game, he scored a career-high 18 points against Panathinaikos. In the final game against Monaco, he scored 13 points. He also had 3 rebounds, 2 assists, and 1 steal.
