How Divers Qualified for Paris 2024
To compete in the Olympics, divers had to earn their spots. There were 136 spots available for Paris 2024. Half of these spots were for men and half for women. Each country could send a maximum of two divers for individual events. For synchronized diving, each country could send one team per gender.
All divers had to be at least 14 years old by December 31, 2023. They also needed to take part in special international diving events. These events were approved by World Aquatics, the sport's main organization.
