Aïssa Djabir Saïd-Guerni (Arabic: عيسى جبير سعيد قرني) was born on March 29, 1977, in Algiers, Algeria. He is a retired Algerian athlete who was famous for running the 800 metres race.

Aïssa was a very important athlete for his country. He proudly carried Algeria's flag at the 2000 Summer Olympics and the 2004 Summer Olympics. He competed in the 800 metres race at both of these major events.

He announced his retirement from running on May 6, 2007. This was because he had problems with injuries. His fastest time ever in the 800 metres was 1 minute and 43.09 seconds. He achieved this amazing speed in September 1999 in Brussels.
