Donald's Quack Attack was a fun American TV show that featured classic Disney cartoons. It first aired on The Disney Channel on November 2, 1992. Later, it also played on Toon Disney. The show was all about showing short animated films. Many of these shorts starred famous characters like Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy. Each episode usually lasted about 22 minutes.

About Donald's Quack Attack

Donald's Quack Attack was a bit like another show called Mickey's Mouse Tracks. However, Quack Attack had a lot more energy! Between the cartoons, a special screen would pop up. This screen had a colorful background, like pink or blue. In the corner, there was always a small clip from a random Donald Duck cartoon.

The Quack Attack Meter

A cool feature of the show was the "Quack Attack Meter." It looked like a thermometer with Donald's head at the bottom. When the clip showed Donald getting angry, hurt, or embarrassed, his head on the meter would shoot up! It would also make a funny dinging sound. These short clips, lasting about 10 to 25 seconds, would appear a few times during each show. The show's credits didn't list individual names. Instead, they said that the cartoons were made by animators from The Walt Disney Company over 60 years.

Where and When Did it Air?

When Donald's Quack Attack started in 1992, it took the place of an older show called Donald Duck Presents. It was always a surprise to see which cartoons would be on. The show featured many classic Disney shorts. It even included some shorts that weren't often seen on other cartoon shows. Sometimes, it showed clips from famous Disney movies. These included Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Pinocchio, Peter Pan, and Lady and the Tramp.

Donald's Quack Attack aired on The Disney Channel from 1992 to 2000. It then moved to Toon Disney from 1998 until December 2002. On Toon Disney, there were short commercial breaks between the cartoons. This was different from The Disney Channel, where there were no breaks between the shorts. Sometimes, to make room for commercials, the first cartoon in an episode would be cut out.
