Where is East Dublin?
East Dublin is in the middle of Laurens County. It sits on the east side of the Oconee River. Right across the river to the west is the city of Dublin. Dublin is the main city of Laurens County.
Roads and Travel
Two main roads, U.S. Routes 80 and 319, go through East Dublin. They are known as Central Drive in the city.
- US 80 goes east about 33 miles to Swainsboro.
- US 319 goes northeast about 16 miles to Wrightsville.
- Both highways go west into Dublin together.
Interstate 16 is a bigger highway about 6 miles south of East Dublin. You can get to it from Exit 58, which is State Route 199.
