Eddie Harsch (born Edward Hawrysch) was a talented Canadian musician. He was best known for playing the keyboard. Eddie was a key member of the famous rock band The Black Crowes for many years. He played with them from 1991 to 2006.

Eddie Harsch: A Musician's Journey
Eddie Harsch was a Canadian keyboard player. He was a member of the Detroit-based band Bulldog. Before joining Bulldog, he was the keyboardist for The Black Crowes. He played with them for 15 years. After Eddie left, other musicians took over the keyboard role in The Black Crowes.
Playing with Different Bands
Eddie Harsch joined Bulldog during a break from The Black Crowes. This break lasted from 2002 to 2005. During this time, he also played bass for another band called the Detroit Cobras. In the 1980s, Eddie was part of James Cotton's band. James Cotton was a famous blues musician.
The Magpie Salute
In 2016, Eddie Harsch was going to be a founding member of a new band. This band was called The Magpie Salute. He would have joined his former Black Crowes bandmates in this new group. These bandmates included Rich Robinson, Marc Ford, and Sven Pipien. Sadly, Eddie passed away before he could fully join The Magpie Salute.
