The Enistustikweyach River is a river in Quebec, Canada. It flows into Dana Lake. This lake is located in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay area, which is part of the Nord-du-Québec region.

The river is quite remote. There isn't a road right next to it. However, a northern road from Matagami passes about 13.3 kilometers (8.3 miles) west of where the river starts. The river's surface is usually frozen from early November until mid-May. It's generally safe to travel on the ice from mid-November to mid-April.
