Eric Shannon Moulds (born July 17, 1973) is a former American football player. He played as a wide receiver for 12 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). Eric Moulds played college football at Mississippi State University. The Buffalo Bills picked him 24th overall in the 1996 NFL draft. In 2009, Moulds was chosen for the Buffalo Bills 50th Anniversary All-Time Team. Fans sometimes called him "E-Money."

College Football Career
Eric Moulds was a star player at Mississippi State University. He caught 117 passes for a total of 2,022 yards. This means he averaged 17.1 yards for each catch. He is ranked among the top players in Mississippi State's history for receiving yards and touchdowns.
In 1993, he caught 17 passes for 398 yards and 4 touchdowns. The next year, in 1994, he had 39 catches for 845 yards and 7 touchdowns. In 1995, he made 62 catches for 779 yards and 6 touchdowns.
Moulds also excelled at returning kickoffs. In 1994, he led the NCAA Division I-A with an average of 32.8 yards per kickoff return.

Professional Football Career
Eric Moulds was chosen by the Buffalo Bills as their first-round pick in the 1996 NFL draft. He was the 24th player picked overall.
Playing for the Buffalo Bills
For his first two seasons, Moulds was a backup receiver. He played behind well-known players like Andre Reed and Quinn Early.
Moulds had a fantastic season in 1998. He set a new team record with 1,368 receiving yards. This was the second-highest total in the entire league that year. This record stood until 2020. In 2002, Moulds also had 1,326 receiving yards, which is the Bills' third-highest single-season total. In 1998, his average of 20.4 yards per catch was second-best in the NFL.
From 1998 to 2005, Moulds was the Bills' top receiver. During these eight seasons, he made 626 catches for 8,523 yards. This averages out to about 78 catches and 1,065 yards per season. His total yardage during this time was the 7th most in the NFL.
In 2002, Moulds became the first Bills player to catch 100 passes in a single season. This team record for receptions was later broken in 2020.
In the playoffs, Moulds set an NFL playoff record. He had 240 receiving yards in a game against the Miami Dolphins. Even with his amazing performance, the Bills lost that game 24–17.
Moulds became one of the best receivers in football in the late 1990s and early 2000s. He made 764 catches in his career. He was also chosen for the Pro Bowl three times: in 1998, 2000, and 2002.
Later Seasons: Texans and Titans
On April 4, 2006, Moulds was traded to the Houston Texans. The Bills received a draft pick in return, which they used to pick Kyle Williams. Moulds played for the Texans for one season.
After leaving the Texans, Moulds signed with the Tennessee Titans on July 25, 2007. He earned a starting position at the beginning of the season. Moulds played in all 16 games in 2007. He had 32 catches for 342 yards, which was the second-most among the Titans' wide receivers. The Titans released Moulds after the 2007 season.
