Eric Stanley, born on April 19, 1991, is an American violinist, businessman, and investment manager. He is known for his amazing violin performances and for starting companies like Stay Inspired, a media company, and Stay Inspired Capital, an investment fund. Eric Stanley and his fund use special computer programs and math to make smart investment choices.
He shares his cool violin performances on his YouTube channel, Estan247, which he started in 2009. In April 2015, Eric Stanley appeared on national TV for the first time on ESPN First Take, where he played the show's theme song on his violin.

Early Life and Music Beginnings
Eric Stanley grew up in Chesapeake, Virginia, in a family full of musicians. His older brother, Marcus, plays the piano, and his older sister, Anhayla, is a singer. Eric went to Short Pump Middle School in Richmond, Virginia. When he was 12, his teachers encouraged him to start playing the violin. In high school, he joined the Richmond Symphony Youth Orchestra.

Music Journey
In 2009, when he was 18, Eric Stanley started sharing his violin videos online on websites like YouTube. He loved mixing improvisational violin playing with different music styles like hip hop, pop, and classical. One of his first popular videos was a violin cover of "Say Ahh" by Trey Songz. He also covered songs like "Love the Way You Lie" and "Airplanes."
In 2011, Eric released a music collection called The Eric Stanley Project. He became very popular online and even opened for rapper B.o.B. That same year, he performed for former President Bill Clinton in Orlando, Florida. Eric studied at Virginia Commonwealth University and graduated in 2014.
After his performance on ESPN First Take, Eric Stanley released his first music collection, an EP titled Eric Stanley. In September 2016, he created the music for a fashion show at New York Fashion Week for designer Kimora Lee Simmons.
Investment Work
In 2019, Eric Stanley started an investment company called Stay Inspired Capital with Daniel D. in Charleston, South Carolina. This company uses advanced math and computer programs to make smart decisions in the stock market.
Helping Others Stay Inspired
Eric Stanley cares about helping young people. He has visited over 200 schools across the United States to encourage students to follow their dreams. In April 2017, he worked with Newark Public Schools and helped raise over $2,400 to buy 20 violins for students.
On July 20, 2017, Eric joined Usher's New Look for an event called the Disruptive Innovation Summit in Atlanta. This event, held at SunTrust Park, was organized by musician Usher's non-profit group. Its goal was to bring together creative young leaders.
