Follansbee is a city in Brooke County, West Virginia, in the United States. It is located right next to the Ohio River. In 2020, about 2,853 people lived there.
Follansbee is part of a larger area called the Weirton–Steubenville metropolitan area. The city got its name from the Follansbee brothers. They owned a steel mill in the area a long time ago.
