Forksville is a small town, called a borough, located in Sullivan County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. In 2020, about 110 people lived there. It's famous for its 150-year-old Forksville General Store. The town is also close to the Sullivan County Fairgrounds and Worlds End State Park. Its name comes from where the Little Loyalsock Creek and Loyalsock Creek meet, which is called a "fork" in the river.

History of Forksville
The Forksville Covered Bridge is a very old bridge that was built in 1850. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 because it's an important historical site.
The first people to settle permanently in Forksville were William Molyneaux, John Warren, and Powell Bird. This happened around 1794. Later, in 1810, a sawmill was built in the area. A sawmill is a place where logs are cut into lumber. Forksville officially became a borough in 1880. It was formed from a larger area called Forks Township.
