Friedrich Hermann "Fritz" Buchloh was a famous German football player and manager. He was born on November 26, 1909, in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, and passed away on July 22, 1998. Fritz was a talented goalkeeper, which is the player who protects the goal in football. He was also the very last person alive from Germany's team that played in the 1934 World Cup!

Fritz Buchloh played for several football clubs during his career. From 1933 to 1938, he was a goalkeeper for VfB Speldorf. Later, he also played for Hertha BSC and Schwarz-Weiß Essen. He was known for his skills as a goalkeeper during his time with these teams.

World Cup Appearances
Fritz Buchloh was an important part of the German national football team. He was chosen to be on the team for two big tournaments: the 1934 World Cup and the 1938 World Cup. Even though he was part of the squad, he did not get to play in any games during these World Cups.
