Greenland Hills is a neighborhood located in east Dallas, Texas, United States. It's bordered by North Central Expressway (also known as US 75) to the west, Vanderbilt Avenue to the south, Greenville Avenue to the east, and McCommas Boulevard to the north.
This area is often called the M Streets because two main roads, McCommas and Monticello, and many smaller streets in the neighborhood all start with the letter M.
Greenland Hills is also special because it's a M Streets Conservation District. This means there are rules to help protect the original look and feel of the neighborhood, especially its historic homes.
