Greers Ferry is located in the western part of Cleburne County. It sits on the eastern side of Greers Ferry Lake. This lake is a big part of the area's geography and activities.
Location and Roads
The city overlooks a narrow part of Greers Ferry Lake called The Narrows. Two main roads, Arkansas Highways 16 and 92, cross The Narrows. These roads connect Greers Ferry to Higden, which is on the west side of the lake. Highway 16 also goes north, crossing another part of the lake. It leads to Fairfield Bay.
