Grey Eagle is a city in Todd County, Minnesota, United States. In 2010, 348 people lived there. By 2020, the population had slightly decreased to 330 residents.

History of Grey Eagle

Grey Eagle was officially planned in 1882. It got its name from an early settler, A.M. Crowell. He shot an eagle near where the town was first built.

The first post office in Grey Eagle opened in 1877. The town also had a Northern Pacific Railroad station. Grey Eagle is located close to the banks of Trace Lake.

Grey Eagle is less than five miles from Burtrum. Burtrum is a small town known for its old, unused school building.
