Burtrum is a small city in Todd County, Minnesota, United States. In 2010, about 144 people lived there. By 2020, the population was 123. It has a park called Grey Eagle Burtrum Lions Park. There's also a special cemetery for Civil War soldiers. This cemetery is named after Moses Dane, a veteran from the Civil War.

History of Burtrum
Burtrum started in 1884. It was first called Hansen. The city grew when the Northern Pacific Railroad built tracks through the area. A post office has been open in Burtrum since 1888. Burtrum officially became a city in 1894. This information comes from a book called Minnesota Place Names.
