Griffith Peak is an awesome mountain located in the Spring Mountains range. You can find it in Clark County in southern Nevada. It's about 28 miles northwest of the exciting Las Vegas Strip. This peak is also only about 3.9 miles southeast of Mount Charleston.

This mountain is part of some special protected areas. It is found within the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. It's also inside the Mount Charleston Wilderness area. Plus, it's part of the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area. These areas help protect the natural beauty and wildlife.
Exploring Griffith Peak's Trails
You can reach Griffith Peak by hiking on two main trails. These are the South Loop Trail and the Harris Springs Trail. The South Loop Trail takes you right to the Griffith Saddle. From this saddle, you can get to both Griffith Peak and Mount Charleston. It's a great way to explore the area!
