Early Life and Education
Hanna Verboom was born in Vilvoorde, Belgium. She spent her early childhood living in several countries in Africa, including Kenya, Uganda, and Sudan. This gave her a unique start in life, experiencing different cultures from a young age.
After her family moved to the Netherlands, Hanna began a career as a model. In 2003, she won a major competition called the "Dutch Elite Model Look."
Besides modeling, Hanna was also a dedicated student. She studied economics and philosophy at the Amsterdam University. She also took a minor in film science, which is the study of movies. At the university, she joined a student theater group. This is where she discovered her passion for acting and showed great talent in several plays.
Acting and Other Talents
Hanna is a multi-talented person. In addition to acting, she is also a painter. Her first art exhibition was held at a gallery in Amsterdam in 2004.
Her movie career began in 2004 when she starred in the film Snowfever. She also became the host of a popular weekly music show on the Dutch TV channel BNN called Top of the Pops.
Hanna is also known for her role in the 2005 movie Deuce Bigalow: European ..., where she acted alongside American actor Rob Schneider. She also participated in a celebrity reality show called Peking Express.
