Hillsdale, North Carolina facts for kids
Hillsdale is a small, unincorporated community located in Davie County, North Carolina, in the United States. An "unincorporated community" means it's a place where people live, but it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town. Instead, it's governed by the county.
Hillsdale is situated near Bermuda Run to its northwest. It's also found along a main road called U.S. Route 158, close to where it crosses with NC 801. A major highway, Interstate 40, goes right through Hillsdale. You can get onto Interstate 40 from the NC 801 exit (exit 180).
Many people think of Hillsdale as part of the nearby communities of Advance or Bermuda Run. It's also considered a suburb of the larger city of Winston-Salem. Other communities and towns close to Hillsdale include Clemmons, Mocksville, Lewisville, and Yadkinville.
