Holly G. Frankel, also known as Holly Gauthier-Frankel, is a talented Canadian voice actress and voice director. She is well-known for giving voice to many popular characters in animated TV shows and movies.
Holly is famous for her roles as Fern Walters in the TV series Arthur, Sagwa in Sagwa, the Chinese Siamese Cat, and Rita in the Go Hugo Go movies. She also voiced Teri in later episodes of What's with Andy?, Loulou in Wimzie's House, and Flora in the English version of Winx Club. For a time, she also had a stage character named Miss Sugarpuss, which she stopped performing in 2016.

About Holly Gauthier-Frankel
Holly Gauthier-Frankel was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Her parents, Ron Frankel and Mary Lou Gauthier, were musicians. They were part of a band called Milkwood.
Holly started her career as a voice actress when she was just seven years old. She began by singing for commercials. Since then, she has been involved in many creative fields. She has worked in English theater, different music groups, and continued her voiceover work. She also appeared in films and on television.
She went to college, known as CEGEP in Quebec, and then studied at McGill University. In 2004, while attending the Montreal World Film Festival, she discovered a new type of performance art.
