Huntshaw is a small village and civil parish in the county of Devon, England. It is located about 2.5 miles (4 km) north-east of the town of Great Torrington. Huntshaw is part of the Torridge area.

Huntshaw was first written about in a very old book called the Domesday Book. This book was a huge survey of England made in 1086. In the Domesday Book, Huntshaw was spelled Huneseue.
