Häselgehr is a small village in Austria, located in the Reutte area of Tyrol. As of 2019, about 686 people live there. Häselgehr is part of the Reutte region. Since 2010, the community has been a member of the Climate Alliance Tyrol, which means they work to protect the environment.

Geography and Location
Häselgehr is found in the upper valley of the Lech River. It is made up of several small villages spread out across the area. The name "Hesligeren" was first used in 1358. It means "hazel-covered mites," which describes a wedge-shaped path.
A mountain called Heuberg is near Häselgehr. In the past, this mountain caused many avalanches. To keep the community safe, one of the biggest avalanche barriers in Central Europe was built here. From Häselgehr, you can take a road to Gramais. Gramais is the smallest village in all of Austria and is only seven kilometers away.

The area of Häselgehr includes two main villages. As of January 1, 2019, these are:

Häselgehr also has many smaller parts, or districts. These include Ober- and Untergrießau, Ort, Schönau, Ober- and Unterhäselgehr, Unterhöf, Ebele, Luxnach, Alach, Rauchwand, Häternach, and Gutschau.
The villages that are close to Häselgehr are Bach, Elbigenalp, Elmen, Gramais, Hinterhornbach, Imst, and Pfafflar.
