Jennifer Kaytin Robinson (born April 4, 1988) is a talented American director, producer, and writer. She is known for creating the MTV show Sweet/Vicious. She also directed the Netflix movie Someone Great (2019). Jennifer helped write Marvel Studios's Thor: Love and Thunder with Taika Waititi. Her movie Do Revenge (2022), starring Camila Mendes and Maya Hawke, is a fun dark comedy.

Early life and journey to writing
Jennifer Kaytin Robinson grew up in Miami, Florida. When she was 16, she moved to Los Angeles. After trying acting and working in fashion, Jennifer decided to focus on writing.
Career highlights
Creating Sweet/Vicious
Jennifer created and produced the MTV show Sweet/Vicious. It started in 2016. The show was praised by critics. Variety magazine even called it one of the 20 Best New Shows of 2016. A comic book based on Sweet/Vicious was announced in 2018.
Recognition and White House visit
In 2016, Variety named Jennifer one of their "10 TV Writers to Watch." She was also invited to speak at the White House.
Directing Someone Great
In 2018, Jennifer directed her first movie for Netflix, called Someone Great. Gina Rodriguez starred in and produced this romantic comedy. The story is about friendship, growing up, and dealing with loss. Brittany Snow, DeWanda Wise, and Lakeith Stanfield were also in the movie. Someone Great came out on Netflix on April 19, 2019.
Working with Marvel and other projects
In 2020, Jennifer was hired to help write Marvel Studios's movie Thor: Love and Thunder. She worked on the script with director Taika Waititi. Jennifer also received writing credit for the HBO Max movie Unpregnant, released in 2020.
She is also set to write and direct a TV series based on the movie Center Stage. Jennifer was a Consulting Producer for the Marvel Studios and Disney+ show Hawkeye.
Directing Do Revenge
Jennifer directed and helped write the movie Do Revenge. This film is a high school comedy starring Camila Mendes and Maya Hawke. It premiered on Netflix on September 16, 2022.
