Jeotgalicoccus marinus is a species of gram-positive bacteria. The cells are coccoid which means that look like a circle or sphere. They are facultative anaerobic bacteria: They can use oxygen when it is present. It is moderate halophilic.
Jeotgalicoccus marinus was isolated from a sea urchin from the South China Sea.
