Playing Quarterback in High School

Gallon started as a running back in his second year. But in his junior year, he moved to quarterback. Even though he had never played quarterback before, he quickly became very good. In 2007, he was named the All-Central Florida quarterback.

That season, he ran for 1,613 yards and 23 touchdowns. He also passed for 1,071 yards and eight touchdowns. His coach, Rick Darlington, was very impressed. He said Jeremy was "kind of freaky" because he was so smart and made big plays.
