Jesús Ángel García Bragado (born October 17, 1969) is a famous Spanish race walker. He is a true Olympic legend because he competed in eight different Olympic Games! That is more than any other track and field athlete in history.

García specialized in the 50-kilometer race walk. This is a very challenging event that requires incredible endurance. He was married to Spanish gymnast Carmen Acedo. After a long and successful career, he retired in 2021 following the Tokyo Olympics.

Jesús Ángel García had a career that lasted for decades. He competed against the best race walkers in the world and often came out on top. His long career shows his amazing dedication and love for the sport.

World and European Champion

García was a star at major international competitions. He won a gold medal at the 1993 World Championships in Stuttgart, Germany. This made him the world's best in the 50 km walk.
