Life in Jhal Jhao
Jhal Jhao is a town that doesn't have a lot of money. This is because there aren't many big businesses or factories, also known as industry, nearby. It's also very hard to grow crops or plants in Jhal Jhao. The area is too dry and hot for farming.
It only rains about two or three times a year, and not very much water falls. Because of these challenges, most people in Jhal Jhao earn their money by making shoes.
How Jhal Jhao Got Connected
For a long time, it was very difficult to reach Jhal Jhao. Before 1987, the only ways to get into the town were by helicopter or by using animals like horses and donkeys.
However, in 1987, some help from the United States (US aid) made a big difference. They helped build a small road that connected Jhal Jhao to the main Bela Awaran Road. This made it much easier for people and supplies to travel to and from the town. Right now, there are no new building projects happening in Jhal Jhao.
