Joanne Tseng Chih-chiao (born November 17, 1988) is a talented actress, singer, and TV host from Taiwan. She is also known by her Chinese name, Zeng Zhiqiao.

About Joanne Tseng
Early life and background
Joanne Tseng was born on November 17, 1988, in Jianshi, Hsinchu, Taiwan. She has an older sister named Chih-ying. Both of her parents are teachers.
Her family belongs to the Atayal tribe, which is one of the many native groups in Taiwan.
Joanne studied Drama and Theater at the National Taiwan University of Arts. She is also very musical and can play the piano, flute, and violin.
Personal life
Joanne Tseng married Taiwanese singer Calvin Chen on January 23, 2020. They shared the happy news on Instagram. They had been in a relationship for about 10 years before getting married.
Joanne Tseng's Career
Starting as a singer
In 2002, when Joanne was only 14, she teamed up with Esther Liu to form a pop music duo called Sweety. They officially started their music career in 2003.
Sweety was active from 2003 to 2006. During this time, they released three studio albums and two movie soundtracks. The group went on a break in 2007. This happened because Esther Liu went to study in Paris, and Joanne decided to focus on her solo career.
Acting and solo music
Besides singing, both Joanne and Esther also acted in movies and TV shows. After Sweety went on hiatus, Joanne became a solo artist. She has appeared in and starred in many TV series in both Taiwan and mainland China.
Joanne is currently signed with HIM International Music, a well-known music company. In 2017, she restarted her singing career. She released her first solo music video, which was 11 years after Sweety's last album.
