Juan de Dios Castillo González (born January 31, 1951 – died May 1, 2014) was a famous Mexican football player and coach. He coached many teams, including F.C. Motagua in Honduras. He also coached in the top football leagues of both Mexico and Honduras. Juan de Dios Castillo won championships twice in Honduras, with Real España and Olimpia.

Juan de Dios Castillo began his professional football journey with Monterrey in Mexico. He played for several other teams in the Mexican league. These teams included Pachuca, San Luis, and Toluca. He also played for Tampico Madero, Atlético Español, and Unión de Curtidores. His skills as a player led him to be called up for the Mexico national football team.

On August 16, 2010, Juan de Dios Castillo became the head coach of the Honduras national football team. In just five months, he led Honduras to victory. They won the 2011 Copa Centroamericana in Panama. This was a big achievement, as Honduras had not won this regional cup in 16 years. His record with Honduras was 5 wins, 3 draws, and 2 losses.
In July 2012, he was appointed head coach of the El Salvador national football team.
