Kanorris Davis (born January 21, 1990) is an American former professional football player. He played as a safety and linebacker. He was part of the New England Patriots in the National Football League (NFL). Kanorris also played college football for Troy University. Later, he joined the Toronto Argonauts in the Canadian Football League (CFL).

Kanorris Davis: Early Life and High School Football
Kanorris Davis grew up in Perry, Georgia. He went to Perry High School. He was an amazing football player there. He was chosen for the first-team all-district, all-area, and all-region teams three times.
In his second year of high school, he was named to the second-team all-state team. He was also picked for both the North and South Classic All-State Teams. Kanorris was named all-state twice. He also earned the title of region defensive player of the year twice.
He set new school records for tackles in one season. He also set a record for sacks in a single year with 9 sacks. By the end of his high school career, he had 398 tackles. He also made 24 sacks and forced 8 fumbles. Kanorris was also a talented track & field athlete. In 2008, he was the Class 3A state runner-up in the 100 meters race. His best time was 10.84 seconds. In 2007, he ran on a relay team that qualified for the state championship.
College Football Journey at Troy
After high school, Kanorris Davis played college football at Troy University. He played as a linebacker for the Troy Trojans. In 2011, he was recognized for his skills. He received an All-Sun Belt Honorable Mention. This award showed he was one of the top players in the Sun Belt Conference.

Kanorris Davis continued his football career after college. He played for teams in both the NFL and the CFL.
Time with the New England Patriots
On May 3, 2013, Kanorris Davis joined the New England Patriots. He signed with them as an undrafted free agent. This means he wasn't chosen in the NFL draft. But the Patriots still wanted him on their team.
On September 1, 2013, he was signed to the Patriots' practice squad. A practice squad is where players train with the team. They can be called up to play in games if needed. He played as a defensive back for the team. He was released on September 30, but then re-signed to the practice squad on October 2.
Playing for the Toronto Argonauts
On February 8, 2016, Kanorris Davis signed with the Toronto Argonauts. This team plays in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was set to play as a linebacker for them.
However, during a team practice on May 31, 2016, Kanorris had a knee injury. Because of this injury, he could not play for the 2016 CFL season. He was released by the team on June 5, 2016.
