Kanth is a town located in the Moradabad district of the Uttar Pradesh state in India. It is known for its small factories that make bandages. These bandages are sold all over Uttar Pradesh and other parts of India. Recently, Kanth has also started making ready-made clothes, which helps the town's economy grow.
Geography
Kanth is located on the right side of the Ramganga river. It is about 200 meters (655 feet) above sea level. The town has a train station on the Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway line. Kanth is also on the main road that connects Dhampur to Moradabad. It has good bus services from the U.P. Roadways, making it easy to travel by both road and train.
