Kareem Michael McKenzie, born on May 24, 1979, is a former American professional football player. He played as an offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). During his time with the New York Giants, he helped them win two Super Bowls: Super Bowl XLII and Super Bowl XLVI. Both wins were against the New England Patriots. He played college football for the Penn State Nittany Lions.

Early Life and College Football
Kareem McKenzie grew up in Willingboro Township, New Jersey. He played high school football for only two years at Willingboro High School. After high school, McKenzie went on to play college football at Penn State University.

Playing for the New York Jets (2001–2004)
The New York Jets picked McKenzie in the third round of the 2001 NFL draft. He was the 79th player chosen overall. In his first four years as a professional, he became known as a top player for blocking runs. McKenzie played as the right tackle. He helped Curtis Martin rush for over 1,000 yards in three straight seasons. In 2004, Martin even led the NFL with 1,697 rushing yards.
Playing for the New York Giants (2005–2012)
Before the 2005 season, McKenzie joined the New York Giants. He signed with them as a free agent. In Week 13 of the 2005 season, he got a hamstring injury. This happened during a game against the Dallas Cowboys. Even with the injury, McKenzie made a big difference as the Giants' right tackle. He helped Tiki Barber set a team record. Barber rushed for 1,860 yards that season.
McKenzie was a key player in the Giants' successful 2007 season. He won his first Super Bowl ring in Super Bowl XLII. He earned another Super Bowl ring with the Giants in Super Bowl XLVI. After the 2011 season, he became a free agent. The Giants announced they would not sign him again. McKenzie did not play for another team after leaving the Giants.
Life After Football
In May 2023, Kareem McKenzie earned a Ph.D. from Kean University. His degree is in counseling and supervision.
