Kareem Michael McKenzie (born May 24, 1979) is an American former professional football player. He played as an offensive tackle. As a member of the New York Giants, he won two Super Bowl championships. He helped his team win Super Bowl XLII and Super Bowl XLVI, both times against the New England Patriots.

Early Life and College Football
Kareem McKenzie started playing football in high school. He played for only two years at Willingboro High School in Willingboro Township, New Jersey.
After high school, McKenzie went on to play college football. He played for Penn State University.
Professional Football Career
Kareem McKenzie had a long career in the NFL. He played for two different teams.
Playing for the New York Jets (2001–2004)
The New York Jets picked McKenzie in the 2001 NFL draft. He was the 79th player chosen overall. This happened in the third round of the draft.
During his four years with the Jets, McKenzie became a top player. He was especially good at blocking for running plays. He played as the right tackle. McKenzie helped Curtis Martin have three great seasons. Martin rushed for over 1,000 yards each year from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, Martin even had the best rushing yards in the NFL with 1,697 yards.
Playing for the New York Giants (2005–2012)
Before the 2005 season, McKenzie joined the New York Giants. He signed with them as a free agent. He quickly made a big impact as the right tackle.
In 2005, McKenzie helped Tiki Barber set a team record. Barber rushed for an amazing 1,860 yards that season. McKenzie was a key part of the Giants' success in 2007. He won his first Super Bowl ring when the Giants won Super Bowl XLII. He earned another Super Bowl ring with the Giants in Super Bowl XLVI.
After the 2011 season, McKenzie became a free agent. The Giants decided not to sign him again. He did not play for another team after his time with the Giants.
Life After Football
In May 2023, Kareem McKenzie achieved a new goal. He graduated from Kean University. He earned a Ph.D. in counseling and supervision.
