The Kenning River is a river in Canada, located in Northeastern Ontario's Cochrane District. It flows into the Case River. The river passes through the Kenning and Case townships.

The Kenning River eventually joins the Case River. This meeting point is about 28.8 kilometres (17.9 mi) (18 miles) north of the Northwest Bay of Lake Abitibi.
