Key Falls is a beautiful 50-foot (about 15-meter) waterfall located near Brevard. You can find it nestled in the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. It's a great spot to visit if you love nature and exploring!
Discover Key Falls!
Key Falls is a special waterfall because its water comes from a small, unnamed stream. This stream is a tributary, which means it's a smaller stream that flows into a larger one. In this case, it flows into the French Broad River. The water gently tumbles over a series of rocks, creating a lovely cascade before it joins the bigger river just a short distance away.
Planning Your Visit
Even though Key Falls is on private property, the owners are super kind! They allow people to visit and enjoy the waterfall. The property is home to the Key Falls Inn, which is a charming Victorian-style bed and breakfast. It's a unique place to see a waterfall.
