Keysi Mairin Sayago Arrechedera (born October 6, 1993), known as Keysi Sayago, is a famous model from Venezuela. She won the Miss Venezuela competition in 2016.

Keysi's Early Life and Education

Keysi Sayago was born in Carrizal, in the Miranda state of Venezuela. She spent her early childhood in Carrizal. Later, her family moved to Los Teques. When she was 12 years old, Keysi started taking modeling classes.

Keysi also has a strong educational background. She earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. She studied at the National Experimental University of the Armed Forces in Los Teques, Miranda.

In October 2017, Keysi moved to Toronto, Canada. She went there to continue her work as a professional model.

Keysi Sayago began her modeling career by joining contests. In 2010, she took part in the first American Model Venezuela beauty contest. She won this competition, which was organized by Xtreme Model agency.

Becoming Miss Monagas

Keysi was first chosen during the Miss Miranda casting. She was then given the title of Miss Monagas. This meant she would represent the state of Monagas in the national pageant.

Winning Miss Venezuela 2016

Keysi Sayago competed in Miss Venezuela 2016 as Miss Monagas 2016. She was one of 24 finalists in this big national beauty pageant. Keysi won the title of Miss Venezuela 2016.

During the preliminary events, she also won two special awards. These were Miss Attitude and Most Beautiful Smile. The preliminary event happened on October 6, 2016, in Caracas. Keysi became the second Miss Venezuela winner to represent the state of Monagas. After winning, she went on to represent Venezuela at the Miss Universe 2017 competition.

Competing in Miss Universe 2017

Keysi Sayago represented Venezuela at Miss Universe 2017. This international competition took place on November 26, 2017. It was held at The AXIS in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Keysi performed very well and reached the top five finalists in the competition.

After the Pageants

In June 2017, Keysi started a new role. She became a TV presenter for the tenth season of Más allá de la Belleza. This show was about the Miss Venezuela pageant.

On August 18, 2018, Keysi was a judge at the Miss Canada 2018 pageant. She helped choose the next Miss Canada.

Keysi also continued her modeling work. She appeared at the Toronto Fashion Week in October 2018 and again in February 2019.
