Kimball is a small community called a hamlet in southern Alberta, Canada. A hamlet is a tiny settlement, even smaller than a village. Kimball is found within Cardston County.
This little place is located right on Highway 501. It's about 16 kilometers (or 10 miles) southeast of a town called Cardston. You can find Kimball nestled between two rivers: the St. Mary River and the Milk River Ridge. The community was named after a Mormon group, which in turn was named after the family members of Heber C Kimball.
