Larry "Bone Collector" Williams, born on June 19, 1980, is a famous American streetball basketball player. He got his nickname, "Bone Collector," because he was so good at dribbling that he could make his opponents lose their balance!

Larry Williams was born in Texas. He grew up in Southern California. He played basketball at Chaffey Junior College. Later, he went to the Globe Institute of Technology in New York City. While in New York City, he became a top player at Rucker Park. Rucker Park is a very famous place for street basketball.

Amazing Basketball Skills

Larry Williams is known for his incredible dribbling moves. He once crossed over a player in China so well that the player's shoes came off! This amazing moment was even talked about by USA Today. He also challenged famous NBA players like Allen Iverson to one-on-one games. He even challenged Kobe Bryant to a $50,000 one-on-one game.

SLAM magazine called him the "Most Dangerous Streetball Player in the World." This shows how respected he was for his skills. He was also named one of Complex (magazine)'s "25 Greatest Streetball Players of All Time." The Street Basketball Association also listed him among their "50 best players of all time."

Streetball Star

Larry Williams became very famous after winning the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award at the Entertainers Basketball Classic (EBC) at Rucker Park. He won this award five years in a row! This happened from 2001 to 2006. This winning streak really helped him make a name for himself in the streetball world.

He also played on the AND1 Mixtape Tour from 2007 to 2011. This tour traveled around, showing off amazing streetball moves. From 2011 to 2016, he was part of the Ball Up Tour, continuing to entertain fans with his unique style of play.

Coaching and Beyond

Beyond playing, Larry Williams also became a personal trainer. He worked with NBA and college basketball players. He taught them his skills at basketball clinics all over the world. This shows he is not just a great player but also a great teacher.

He is currently an assistant coach for the San Gabriel Adventist Academy Boys Varsity team in San Gabriel, CA. He helped coach the team to become California Division State Champions during the 2013–2014 season. This shows his success in coaching young players.

In 2020, Larry Williams made a small appearance in a movie. It was a feature film called Bompton Had a Dream. It was released on April 22, 2020.
