Lewisville is a small city in Jefferson County, Idaho, in the United States. In 2010, about 458 people lived there. Lewisville is part of the larger Idaho Falls area.

History of Lewisville
Lewisville was started in 1882.
For many years, Lewisville was very important for Idaho's potato industry. In 1960, a company called Idahoan Foods made Lewisville its main office. This company makes dehydrated potato products, like instant mashed potatoes and hash browns.
In 2011, Idahoan Foods moved its main office to Idaho Falls, which is about 14 miles (23 km) south. However, the company's main factory is still in Lewisville.
Because of the city's big role in the potato industry, the Governor of Idaho, Butch Otter, declared August 11, 2007, as "Lewisville Day" across the whole state.
