Ritchie Fontaine, known as Lil Ric, is an American rapper. He comes from Richmond, California, in the United States. Lil Ric has worked with many other rappers from California. Some of these artists include Laroo, JT the Bigga Figga, Keak da Sneak, and San Quinn.

Lil Ric started his music career in the 1990s. He has released several albums over the years.
Early Albums and Record Labels
Lil Ric released his first album, Deep n tha Game, on October 11, 1994. This album was one of the first releases from No Limit Records. After leaving No Limit, he released his second album, Wicked Streets, on May 14, 1996. This album came out through Solo Records.
On August 8, 2000, Lil Ric's third album, It's Like Armageddon, was released. It was put out by several labels, including A.W.O.L., Noo Trybe, and Virgin.
Later Releases and Comeback
His fourth album, The Thug Nut (On One), came out on February 26, 2001. After this, Lil Ric took a break from releasing albums for a while.
He made a comeback on August 28, 2012, with his fifth album, Plugged In - Live from the Streets. This was his first album in 11 years. It was released through Ae'on Music Group, Rapbay, and Urbanlife Distribution.
