Crossroads was a popular British soap opera that showed the daily lives of people working and living around a motel. It first aired on ATV from 1964 to 1981, and then on ITV Central from 1982 to 1988. Later, the show was brought back by Carlton Television and ran again from 2001 to 2003.
One actress, Jane Rossington, who played Jill Richardson/Harvey/Chance, was in the show for almost its entire 24-year run. Another important actress was Susan Hanson, who played Diane Lawton/Parker/Hunter, and was also in the show for a very long time.
