Lou Cutell (born October 6, 1930 – died November 21, 2021) was an American actor. He was well-known for playing Amazing Larry in the 1985 movie Pee-wee's Big Adventure. He also played Dr. Howard Cooperman in the 1995 Seinfeld TV episode "The Fusilli Jerry".

Lou Cutell's Life and Acting Career
Lou Cutell was born in New York City. His parents were from Sicily. Later, his family moved to Los Angeles, California. There, he went to the University of California and earned a bachelor's degree.
Cutell started his acting journey in 1961. His first role was in a play called The Young Abe Lincoln on Broadway. He played the character of William Berry.
In 1964, Cutell began his television career. He appeared as a guest star on The Dick Van Dyke Show.
From the 1970s to the 1990s, Lou Cutell acted in many movies and TV shows. Some popular ones include Seinfeld, The Love Boat, and Honey, I Shrunk the Kids. He also appeared in Alice, The Bob Newhart Show, and The Mary Tyler Moore Show.
Cutell also wrote plays. In the 1990s, he wrote and acted in a Broadway play called The Sicilian Bachelor. In 2010, he starred in another Broadway play, Viagara Falls, which he co-wrote.
He continued to act in films and on television. He had a regular role in Betty White's Off Their Rockers. His last acting job was in the medical TV show Grey's Anatomy in 2015.
