Lucía Gil Santiago (born May 29, 1998, in Madrid) is a talented Spanish singer and actress. She became famous after winning the first season of My Camp Rock, a singing contest on Disney Channel Spain. Lucía has also appeared in popular TV shows like Gran Reserva and La Gira.

Lucía Gil's Early Life and Career

Lucía Gil first became well-known when she won the Spanish My Camp Rock competition in 2009. But even before that, she was already a rising star! When she was just seven years old, she took part in a TV singing contest called Veo Veo. She also shared many videos of herself singing cover songs on YouTube.

In 2009, at age 10, Lucía joined My Camp Rock. This show was made by Disney Channel Spain. She did great, making it to the semifinals and then the finals. She got the most votes on the Disney Channel Spain website and became the winner!

Lucía Gil on TV Shows

In 2009, RTVE asked Lucía to act in a TV show called Gran Reserva. It started in 2010 and made Lucía even more famous. Her character was part of one of the main families in the show.

Later, she starred in two more TV series. One was La Gira, made by Disney Channel Spain. The other was Violetta, made by Disney Channel Latin America. In La Gira, Lucía played Laura, the singer of a band called Pop4U. She even recorded several songs for the show!

By May 2013, Lucía was filming a new TV series called The Avatars. This show is in English and features American actors. It's made for a global audience. Lucía plays Carmen, a videoblogger who loves a band called The Avatar. Carmen travels to the USA to meet her favorite band.
