Madden is a small community in Leake County, Mississippi. It's called an unincorporated community because it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town. In 2006, only 74 people lived there, making it a very small place.

Madden is also home to Leake Academy. This is a private Christian school that teaches students from pre-kindergarten (K4) all the way through 12th grade. The school first opened its doors in January 1970.

History of Madden

The community of Madden has been around for a long time. A post office first started operating in Madden in the year 1880. This means people in the area could send and receive mail right there in their own community.
