Malcolm played for two seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He was part of the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Jets. He was chosen by the Steelers in the fifth round of the 1999 NFL draft after playing college football at the University of Notre Dame. Playing Football in College
Johnson played college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. He played from 1995 to 1998. In 1994, he was redshirted. This means he practiced with the team but didn't play in games. It allowed him to gain an extra year of eligibility.
