Mallika Srinivasan (born 19 November 1959) is a famous Indian businesswoman. She is the chairman and managing director of Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, also known as TAFE. This big company, started in 1960 in Chennai, India, makes tractors.

From 2021 to 2024, she was the Chairperson of the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) for the Indian government. She is also on the Global Board of the U.S.-India Business Council (USIBC) and the Boards of AGCO Corporation in the United States. She is a key member of the BRICS Women's Business Alliance and the India-US CEO Forum. She also serves on the Governing Body of Stella Maris College in Chennai.
