Mason City is a small village located in Custer County, Nebraska, in the United States. In 2020, about 151 people lived there.
A Look Back in Time
Mason City was officially planned and founded in 1886. This happened when the Burlington and Missouri River Railroad built its tracks to this area. The village got its name from Oliver Perry Mason. He was a judge who used to work for the Nebraska Supreme Court.
