Maya the Bee (also known as Maya the Bee Movie) is a fun 3D computer-animated film from 2014. It's a comedy and adventure film made in Germany and Australia. The movie was directed by Alexs Stadermann.

What is Maya the Bee about?
The story of Maya the Bee begins when Maya is born into a very strict bee hive. She soon learns that there are many rules to follow. However, Maya is a curious and adventurous young bee girl.
One day, Maya discovers a sneaky plan by Buzzlina Von Beena. Buzzlina wants to steal the Queen's special royal jelly! Because of her discovery, Maya is sent away from the hive and into the big, wide meadow.
Maya's best friend, Willy, decides to go with her. In the meadow, they meet a young Hornet named Sting. Together, this unlikely trio must work fast. They need to stop Buzzlina's plot and prevent a big fight between the bees and the hornets. Can they save the day before it's too late?
